Hi Jason,
Thanks for your reply.
After reboot, the remote user should dial to SBS server successfully. To
find out the root cause of this failure, please help me collect the MPS
Report on SBS server and problematic workstation and I will do research.
Thanks for your time and patience.
I am looking forward to hear from you.
If you need further assistance, please don't hesitate to let me know.
Best regards,
Robert Li(MSFT)

<> Hi Jason,
<>
<> Thanks for posting in our newsgroup.
<>
<> First after you reboot the server, the SBS Remote Access should work
well.
<> You don't need to rerun the Remote Access Wizard to reconfigure Remote

<> 3. Do you have ISA installed?
<>
<> Based on my experience, I'd like to give you the following suggestions:
<>
<> Step 1: The problem may be caused by incorrect network settings, please
<> rerun the CEICW wizard to configure the NIC work:
<>
<> 1. On the SBS 2003 Server open the Server Management console. Go to
<> Standard Management\To Do List.
<> 2. Click the "Connect to the Internet" link.
<> 3. Choose not to change the connection type and click Next. On the
<> Firewall
<> page, select "Enable firewall" and click Next .
<> 4. On the "Services Configuration" page, select the items and then

<>
<> Step 2: If you have third party firewall installed, please temporally
<> disable that and test again.
<>
<> Please also help me collect the following information for deep
research:
<>
<> 1. What important change did you made before the issue first occurred?
<>
<> 2. MPS Report on SBS server and problematic workstation
<>
<> 1. Download the MPSRPT_NETWORK.EXE from the following link and then run
