VPN often disconnect when I try to browse server folders

I have got a problem with VPN. It does work fine on LAN but if I connect via
VPN I can get access to company LAN.
I can see server and whole network. Company web, I can remotely log in any
PC in company LAN.
The problem is when I go to e.g. Users Folders I get disconnected.
Sometimes before I do any first move via VPN I get disconnected as well.
I haven't done any changes on the server. The problem I have for a couple of
weeks still not solved.
