Remote (but static) Users

Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry

(This may be a really stupid enquiry but ...)

We're running SBS 2003 Premium R2, with 6 local users, plus another 4
who are mobile (Laptops).

How east is it to setup a user to use the Exchange facilities if they
are off-site at another location (but static there)?

They have broadband internet access but I just can get my head round
how we would add the user to the domain!

Of am I apporching this all wrong?

TIA
