From your post, I understand that your server is listed in CBL.
First of all, I recommend you to contact the CBL's contactor to check the
exact reason why you've been added to the list.
In addition, besides the server, I suggest you also check the client
workstations to see if there is any spam and virus.
If there's any update or you have further concerns, please don't hesitate
