Re: Internet connection wizard

Here's the ipconfig /all. Everytime I run it, it resets the dns for the WAN
nic back to 192.168.16.2, but I doubt that could be the cause... could it?

I did disable the DHCP scope as I use statics and as the customer often has
visitors with laptops, I keep the router as the DHCP so they can connect
straight onto the net via the firewalled router but have no access to the
SBS. Is this a good idea?

The problem is still happening even though I've disabled the DHCP scope.

Please post the results of an ipconfig /all for the SBS server. It
appears that your DHCP Scope may have a problem.

Example of SBS DHCP Scope:

Address Pool: 192.168.16.0 to 192.168.16.254

Scope Options:
003 Router 192.168.16.2
006 DNS Servers 192.168.16.2
015 DNS Domain Name yourcompany.local
044 WINS/NBNS Servers 192.168.16.2

Hi Guys,

I've recently performed a swing migration on an sbs2003. All has gone well
barr the connection wizard comes up with an error when it's trying to
configure the network part. If I click Ok the other parts configure fine.

Here is the ICW log, I can't see where the problem is! The server seems to
be working fine!
