Hello Customer,
Thank you for posting here.
From your post, I understand that you have some questions to upgrading SBS2003 evaluation edition to the full edition.
It is normal that it only asked you to insert CD 1. It is not necessary for
the entire installation process to run again.
Regarding the second problem, I suggest you try following steps:
Step 1: Re-running CEICW on SBS server:
=============================
Let's re-run CEICW to reset the network configuration. Please refer to
following article to do this.
How to configure Internet access in Windows Small Business Server 2003
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/825763/en-us
NOTE: Please reset all the settings.
If it does not work, let's move on:
Step 2:
======
1. Remove the client workstation via Server Management.
2. On the client workstation, disjoin the domain.
3. Re-add the client workstation via Server Management. Ensure to install
shared fax client.
4. On the client workstation, visit http://servername/connectcomputer to
re-join the domain.
I hope the above information is helpful to you. If the problem still
occurs, please help me gather following information:
Please download the MPS Report tool from the following link and run it on
both the client workstation and the SBS server, then send the generated CAB
file to my mailbox v-mzhuan@xxxxxxxxxxxxx for further investigation so that
we can find what the root cause is:

Please try the above steps at your earliest convenience. If you have any
concern, please feel free to let me know.
Best regards,

| Thanks Cris. Yes it is in the box retail version.
|
| I already did that but I only installed first cd it never asked me for
the
| others. But my question is do I have to install everything again because
| exchange and R2 I can still see ( Do I still need to reinstall those?)
|
| I also tried ISA 2004 but was unable to access to the internet from any
| client computer. Then I found I had to install it on each client computer
as
| well I tried and add the application as named Firewall and gave a
location it
| says in the CD. When I turn cliend computer on I can see the icon of
firewall
| on client desktop but when I click to install it it say unable to find
path.
| Any sugestion. Two computers are running wiindows XP pro and one is
running
| Vista Business.
|
| Thanks
