Your requirement involves a number of steps and running stsadm alone won't
do it. Just to give you an idea, stsadm is a utility that applies to the.
specific WSS version you are using. Since companyweb is based on WSS 2.0
and MOSS 2007 is based on WSS 3.0, each one has its own version of stsadm.
To make the long story short, you'll have to upgrade your application to
version 3.0 and also be careful because 'companyweb' is tightly integrated
to SBS and to the server that it is installed. My opinion is to move
companyweb from SBS the new server which will run WSS 2.0. After that
move takes place and is successful, I would look to upgrade that
deployment to WSS 3.0 or MOSS 2007 directly.
The following link has information on how to upgrade to WSS 3.0. My
advise is to plan it well in advance before you start moving the content.
