They are using Citrix for the better bandwidth compression in the ICA protocol.

Hi Luke,
Is there any particular reason why your client is opting to use Citrix for
desktop/application replication or remote access?
Are you/they aware of the actual functionality within small business server
that makes it such a good system.
Remote Web Workplace is a great tool for remote access using Remote Desktop.
So why the need for Citrix?

Hi,
I have a client with an SBS network and a terminal server with Citrix
installed. One of the users (using an ICA session from a remote site) has a
shortcut to files on a mapped drive. The shortcut is on her desktop.
When she opens the shortcut, it comes up with the 'search' flash light which
looks for the file. the problem is that it's taking about three minutes each
time she open the shortcut.
any ideas on what I could check out?
Thanks
