I used the backup wizard under server management to make daily backups. If
I
look at the logs everything looks good to me. In the event viewer it has
all
kinds of good entries about the exchange server and looks to backup
perfectly. My only concern is that the other day I went to catalog the
backup file and there is an entry for the c: drive and d: drive and also
one
for \microsoft information store\First storage group, when I expand it has
Log files, Mailbox Store, Public Folder Store, but no files are listed
under
these folders. Looking closer at the backup logs it shows 5 files and 4
directories backed up, but under the verify it shows 4 directories 0 files
0
different. It looks like the data files are their under drive c:. Is
this
behavior normal to not see the files in the restore view for the
information
store ?
