We are still having problems with the CBL, we were listed again over
the weekend (when no one is in the office).

The CBL does NOT list for open relay - I found this out this morning.
They do say:

You have a virus, or an open proxy, a trojan spam-sender or some other
sort of security compromise, or some sort of unusual misconfiguration
which is causing your IP to be relisted.

Is there an easy way to detect these issues on SBS?

You can also enable filtering to filter emails. For more information
