Hi Aart,
This used to work, probably still does - but if not I bet there's a Trend KB on it.
1.Go to the C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\OfficeScan\PCCSRV\Private folder.
2.Locate the ofcserver.ini file and create a backup file. 3.Open the ofcserver.ini file with a text editor.
4.Look for the "Master_Pwd=" entry under the "[INI_SERVER_SECTION]" section.
5.Replace the entry with the one below to reset the password to "novirus":
Master_Pwd=!CRYPT!523496F3AF43E1AF69D42D0AB1AD8410C995F3E7C1FBB9FE857C7B1FEBE9F84A93A1B9CEF52810DBA9649302335
Alternatively, you may edit the value for "Master_Pwd=" to "70"
(Master_Pwd=70). That provides a password value equal to "1".
6.To change the Console Password:
7.Open the management console.
8.Go to Administration > Set Console Password.

And um, lost the password. Which it asks for when uninstalling. Is there a work around ?
