I agree with Lanwench... skip Windows 2003 SP2 for now (or at least until
you've got SBS 2003 SP1 fully installed and running properly). As Lanwench
said, you can substitute Exchange 2003 SP2 for SP1 in the upgrade procedure.

And order the SBS 2003 SP1 Premium CD3 anyway because it won't be available
after Dec 31, 2007 (offer ends in 6 weeks). This get's you a free upgrade
to ISA 2004 for the cost of the shipping charge. All other required
downloads for the upgrade to SBS 2003 SP1 are still available online.

I have a SBS 2003 Premium server that does not have SP1 installed. I
understand that the SP1 media may not be available at this time. The
server has had ISA uninstalled but it does use SQL 2000 for sharepoint
search. What steps should I follow to get this old server up to
date? I will of course do a full image backup first. TIA

You have to do everything in order - except I'd replace E2003 SP1 with
E2003 SP2 (uninstall the IMF in add/remove programs first, if youever
installed it).

I'm not putting W2003 SP2 on my servers (yet) but everything else should
be OK.
