Exchange message archive no longer archiving all mail

In our exchange setup we have a public folder (called MsgArchive),
into which ALL mail sent and received is duplicated. This is done via
the property on Mailbox Store: "Archive all messages sent or received
on this store", ticked and sent to MsgArchive. However, since the
close of business on friday the archive has stopped working properly.
It now only stores messages sent (but not received) by two users. I'm
not sure why this is. It may be related to ASP being upgraded to v2.x
(this caused problems with sharepoint which I have fixed by following
the relevant KB. I have since, at the prompting of the SBS Best
Practices report wizard, changed Backup, Monitoring and Remote in the
IIS manager->Web sites->default web site to use ASP v1.x)

Any ideas?
