I have a TS Member running 2003R2. The main server is SBS2003R2.

I have the TS Cals I need, but am a bit confused. Should I put the TS
Cals on the SBS box to act as the licensing server of is it ok to
have the TS box act as the licensing server too? There will be about
10-12 users.
TIA!

Treat the TS box as a big fat shared workstation you can reboot at will
without disrupting anything but the TS users - it shouldn't be doing
*anything* else. Your DC/SBS box is a more logical place to handle the
licensing.
