Reconfiguring a Small Business Server using the Wizards.

I was asked to look at a server last week because the company were unhappy with the IT Consultant that had set it up. During the review I found a number of strange configurations. They had clearly not setup the system using the wizards and had configured each part of the system manually. Whilst it works I will suggest a reconfiguration via the wizards but spotted a couple of issues and I'm not sure what the consequences will be afterwards.
The users and computers have all been added to the Active directory but not in the MyBusiness containers. Just under domain.local > Users and domain.local > Computers - Should these be moved to the correct contaners ?
The backup has been configured with NTBackup. I guess it is OK to just start a new backup rotation using SBS Backup ?
The Exchange server must have been manually configured and has no SmallBusiness SMTP Connector. In fact there is no SMTP connector. Will running the CEICW put this right ?
RRAS has been setup manually - will running the Remote Access wizard upset anything ?
