Hi Rossk,
Thanks for your reply.
I made research on the events 2012,2104, 8026, 8250, please take the
following steps:
Step 1: The issue occurs when the power management settings on the nics are
turned on. Please have the following check:
1. Right click My Network Places and select Properties.
2. Double click Server Local Connection.
3. On the General tab, click Configure.
4. On the Power Management tab, confirm Allow the computer to turn off this
device to save power is unchecked.
Step 2: Verifying DSAccess detection setting.
1. Start the Exchange System Manager.
2. Navigate to Domain(local)\Servers, right click the Server Name object,
and open its Properties.
3. On the Directory Access tab, check if all the DCs and GCs are all
pointed to SBS server. Make sure the option "Automatically discover
servers" is checked".
If the problem persists, please help me collect the IIS log, IIS metabase
and MPS Report I required in my previous reply for deep research. Thanks
for your understanding and cooperation.
I am looking forward to hear from you.
If you need further assistance, please don't hesitate to let me know.
Best regards,
Robert Li(MSFT)

<> Thanks for posting in our newsgroup.
<>
<> From your description, I know that your OWA and Companyweb stop working.
If
<> you restart server, they work again. If that's not right, please don't
<> hesitate to let me know.
<>
<> Before we go further on this issue, please let me know the following
<> information to make the situation more clearly?
<>
<> 1. Do the OWA and Companyweb stop working at the same time?
<> 2. Where do you visit OWA and Companyweb? On the SBS server, can you
visit
<> successfully?
<> 3. When the problem occurs, do the other sites such as RWW work OK?
<> 4. Do you have ISA installed?
<> 5. When you open IIS, can you see the Default Web Site and Compnayweb
<> stopped?
<>
<> Based on my experience, I'd like to give you the following suggestion:
<>
<> Step 1: Some third party software can prevent the IIS work properly.
Please
<> make a clean boot to make sure the problem is not caused third party
<> software:
<>
<> 1. Click Start->Run...->type msconfig and press Enter.
<> 2. Click Services tab and select Hide All Microsoft Services and Disable
<> All third party Services.
<> 3. Click Startup tab and Disable All startup items.
<> 4. Click OK and choose Restart.
<> 5. After reboot, check whether the problem still occurs.
<> 6. If there are no more problems, please use the above steps to enable

<>
<> Step 2: The problem may be caused by IIS setting. Please rerun the

<> this helps us to configure network and IIS properly:
<>
<> 1. Click Start, click Server Management. Click To Do List and then click
<> "Connect to the Internet". Click Next, and go through the Internet

<> 4. On the Web Server Certificate page shows. Select "Create a new Web

<>
<> IMPORTANT: The FQDN that you type in the "Web server name" box must be

<> "Web server name".

<>
<> 1. What important change did you make before the issue first occurred?
