No, 2003. And yes, all mail stored in Exchange (you'd slap my wrists if it
wasn't wouldn't you? :) and as soon as they logon to PC2, they get a profile.
What am I missing ? Still haven't checked the printer thingy - I'm on UK time
and it's getting late!

Sure, if they have all their mail stored in Exchange & have a profile on
thenew computer. The latter is the question.
Actually, I'm sure this is what you told me would happen
before I got into installing SBS about 18 months ago ! :) I've not
checked the printer thing though, I just expect that to happen. I'm
now not sure if I'm doing something wrong or right here :)
Using Outlook 2007, perhaps?

Sure - google for "outlook profile" and "automatic" or variations on
same, or search www.slipstick.com for 'profiles'
When I set up a new user, I always log in as them remotely to a
workstation to tweak their profile, but I'm a bit, er, retentive.
The reason I ask is, I have to set up user accounts remotely, but
then some of my less computer literate users have troubles, because
'outlook isn't working' or 'I can't print to a network printer'. If
it was automatic, it would be so much easier for them.
You can deploy printers automatically via many means - group policy,
etc-
