The easy way to tell what group policies are being applied to a specific
user and/or workstation: log into that workstation as the user in question.
Start -> Run -> rsop.msc. That'll bring up a console listing all the
settings and where they're applied from. (RSOP is resultant set of policy).
The long way is to open a console (Start -> Run -> MMC) and add the
Resultant Set of Policy snap-in. With that, you can select different users,
etc.
And another way is to log into the SBS and go to the GPMC (Group Policy
Management Console) and at the bottom of the left pane, run the Group Policy
Results wizard. (R-click Group Policy Results).
You might have printer security set right in the properties of the driver.
And the Run thing can be set in the taskbar properties on the local PC as
well as in a policy. Post back if you have questions.

I have a network running SBS 2003 R2. I'm trying to map everyone to a
networked printer. On some systems there isn't a "run" on the taskbar.
When connecting to the printer it pops up with a username and password
box. I don't see any domain level security policies. Is there a way to
quickly tell if a policy is on a particular system? Under computers
there are no restrictions. The same goes for that particular
user.....no restrictions....
.
