Security Settings?

I have a network running SBS 2003 R2. I'm trying to map everyone to a
networked printer. On some systems there isn't a "run" on the taskbar.
When connecting to the printer it pops up with a username and password
box. I don't see any domain level security policies. Is there a way to
quickly tell if a policy is on a particular system? Under computers
there are no restrictions. The same goes for that particular
user.....no restrictions....
