Hello Sasha,
Thank you for posting here.
From your post, I understand that a same email is received for 2 or 3 timesa day.
Before we go any further, I would like to gather following information:
1. Does the issue happen for all the users or only for a certain user?
2. Does the issue only happen for Windows Mobile 6 clients? What about
Outlook clients?
3. Please save the email and send it to v-mzhuan@xxxxxxxxxxxxx as an
attachment.
4. Is the email received at the same time every day? Or randomly?
5. When the email is received again, please send me following files
a. Message Tracking screenshot:
========================
1. In ESM, expand "Tools"; select "Message Tracking Center".
2. Search for the email.
3. Right-click the latest message and click "Track Message".
4. Capture a screen shot and send it to me.
b. Message Tracking Log:
========================
Compress following folder and send it to me
C:\Program Files\Exchsrvr\YourServerName.log
Best regards,
Manfred Zhuang(MSFT)
