Thanks for your reply.

If you uncheck the box "Automatically Update email addresses based on
recipient policy" and delete the user@xxxxxxxxxx address, the user will
only have e-mail address user@xxxxxxxxxxxx and will not get the e-mails
from external.

In addition, if you don't want to change the Default recipient policy and
you want to change it for one user only and not for the whole company, then
uncheck the box "Automatically Update email addresses based on recipient
policy" is indeed the most right way.
