IIS not starting

Hi Guys,

After a recent server reboot, the IIS admin service and all dependant
services won't start. Error dump is below...

I've found KB article http://support.microsoft.com/kb/327649 but I'm a bit
scared to use it as it's not the exact errors I'm getting. Other than that
I'm struggling to find any resources on it, and after a recent nasty IIS
experiance I'm worried!!
