<> HiDennis,

<> Thanks for posting in our newsgroup.
<>
<> From your description, I know that you use the POP3 connector to download
<> e-mails from ISP. When the sender sends e-mails to your domain via CC or
<> BCC, the recipient get multiple copies of e-mails. If that's not right,
<> please don't hesitate to let me know.
<>
<> Please let me know the following to make your situation more clearly:
<>
<> Does the problem occurs when senders CC or BCC to Global Mailboxes?
<>
<> Based on my research, when an individual message is sent to multiple
<> recipients that are specified in the To, Cc, or Bcc boxes of a Simple
<> Transfer Protocol (SMTP) message, some global POP3 mail hosts create a
<> separate message for each recipient. The global POP3 host that receives
the
<> message reads the message header, compares the recipient's addresses with
<> an internal routing table or alias table, and then places the e-mail
<> messages in a single mailbox. The new messages still retain the original
<> message ID, as well as the information that is in the To and Cc boxes.
When
<> pop3 connector downloads the emails it would download both copies and
would
<> find both users in each email. As a result the users would have two

<>
<> More info:

<> You have a couple of options to get around this. You may change your MX

<>
<> Hope this helps.

<> I am looking forward to hear from you.
