I recently starting blogging and one of things I wrote about was about setting up BES on SBS 2003. The link describes the process http://costas.cpstechgroup.com/index.php/2007/10/21/install-blackberry-enterprise-server-express-on-sbs-2003-with-isa-2004/
Follow the steps near the middle of the post that describe how to create the database. If you have any questions just ask

Hi,
Hope i've posted this in the write place, if not - please advise....
I have downloaded BES Express from the Blackberry website and bought
myself a blackberry handset with orange. I am led to believe that all
blackberry provisions have been catered for. The idea is I trial it
for free with my exchange mailbox, and if it works well, I'll roll out
a few more.
This is my setup:
SBS 2003 R2 with Exchange SP2, installing BES 4.1.4
I currently have 2 SQL instances running. SBSMONITORING and SHAREPOINT
on the SQL Desktop Engine,
This is my problem:
Forgive my ignorance but I have virtually no experience with SQL
Server and do not know how to create a database to house the
blackberry server. I've been on the blackberry website and their
written information is either misleading or over complicated. Also,
the new flash tutorials neglects showing me how to create the DB.
Last time I installed Sophos SBE, it created and setup the database
for me :(
Currently:
I have created the BESAdmin account properly, unpacked and installed
BES. It's now at the post-installtion stage and is returning the
unknown error when attempting to connect to the SQL database -
obviously as it's not there.
Could somebody point me in the right direction? Do I install this by
using the DBCreate.exe which resides in the RIM -> Database directory?
I've tried this, and it gives me the following error:
[30000] (10/31 14:05:38.343):{0x1460} [PIPTOOL]: There are 9047MB
