Hi Laurin,
Thanks for your reply.
I made research on the your screen shot. I found the Microsoft Exchange
System Attendant was stopped. By default when you stop the Exchange System
Attendant, the Microsoft Exchange Information Store service is stopped too.
Please double confirm when you try to mount the mailbox store, the Exchange
System Attendant and Microsoft Exchange Information Store services are
started.
I also found the database is clean shut down and Log Required:0-0(0x0-0x0).
The shows all the transaction logs are committed to the store. You can
safely delete all the Exx.log file in c:\program files\Exchsrvr\MDBDATA
folder and try again.
If the problem persists, please help me collect the following information
to me:
1. Screen shot of the error message when you mount the mailbox store.
2. Application log
1) Click Start -> Run, type EVENTVWR.MSC and click OK.
2) Right click the Application Event, select Save Log File as, save it to
..evt file.
3) Email me the file
I am looking forward to hear from you.
If you need further assistance, please don't hesitate to let me know.
Best regards,
Robert Li(MSFT)

<It seems the Mailbox store is still mounted. I need to double confirm this

<Step 3: Please stop the Information Store and SMTP service, try again.
<
<1. Run the service.msc command.
<2. Double click Microsoft Exchange Information Store, set the startup type
<to Manual.
<3. Double click Simple Mail Transfer Protocol(SMTP), set the startup type
