Help!!

Hi Guys,
I'm having massive problems with an SBS install - I just got it all working
fine, then on Saturday I get a call from my boss asking why the server's
down... turns out the CA antivirus decided to 'purge' a load of the IIS
backend...
I have reinstalled IIS as per KB articles and been trying since Saturday to
get these guys back up.. internally everything seems OK but no one can get
remote access and I can't get to the RWW site as I'm getting 404 error's from
IIS.
I'm at my wits end with this one, and about ready to do a full server
rebuild, but after finally convincing my customer that SBS was the way to go
that's not exactly what I want to do.
So yeah, please help!!!
Cheers,
Ryan
