RE: Exchange Server

Hi Shailendra,

Thanks for your reply.

I researched your logs but didn't find any Exchange related error or
warning. All POP3 e-mails are successfully downloaded and delivered to
user's mailbox.

At this point, the problem may be more complex and time consuming, thanks
for your understanding and patience.

Since generally when a NDR is created, the system will not record the event
in the application log. Please enable Message Tracking and Diagnostics
Logging on the Exchange Server and collect the application logs:

1. Start Exchange System Manager.
2. Expand the "Servers" container and then "<ServerName>".
3. Right-click the server, and then click Properties.
4. On the General tab, click to select the "Enable subject logging and
display" and "Enable Message Tracking" check boxes.
5. On the Diagnostics Logging tab, choose MSExchangeTransport service and
set the logging level to Maximum for all child Categories in the right
pane.
6. Click OK.
7. Click Start-> Run, type "eventvwr.msc" (without quotation marks) in the
Open box and press Enter.
8. In Event Viewer, Right-click Application and choose Properties. Change
the maximum log size to 64000 KB and click OK.

After the problem is reproduced, please collect the application log:

1) Click Start -> Run, type EVENTVWR.MSC and click OK.
2) Right click the Application Event, select Save Log File as, save it to
..evt file.
3) Email me the file

Since the logs may be large file, please upload to

<Hi Shailendra,
<
<Thanks for your reply.
<
<Yes, you can open the POP3 services on SBS. Based on my experience, if you
<do so, there is no known issue for security.
<
<Generally we download the POP3 e-mails from ISP via the POP3 connector. Do
<you mean you use SpearMail to download e-mail?
