You NIC configuration looks fine and given that you can browse the Internet
as an admin, there doesn't seem to be anything wrong with the DNS
resolution. It seems to be a permission problem.
I would take the following steps to troubleshoot this issue. First make sure
that all domain users are a member of the Internet user group. Then run the
CEICW again. It is important that you select "enable firewall" and not
"don't change settings". Walk through it and see if that fixes the problem.

I have not tried to run CEICW
Ping time out error and does NOT display the correct IP address.
As user with Admin privileges I can access the net on any workstation, and
so can System Administrator.

Please post an ipconfig /all from the server and one of the workstations.
Also, did you try to run the CEICW again (selecting "enable firewall")?
When you say the ping times out, does it display the correct ip address
for
www.google.com or do you get an error with regard to resolving the name?

Hi,
we seem to have a problem with users accessing the internet either from
the
network or through terminal services. Try to browse to www.google.com
and
they get the message
"Welcome to Windows Small Business Server 2003
To get started, click a link."
Pinging www.google.com times out.
All users except three have this problem The three are 2 x users with
administrator rights (myself included) and one other that appears to
show
no
difference to the non-internet-accessing-users in the groups she
belongs
to.
We are running SBS2003 Premium with ISA2004. Cant see any rules in ISA
that
look like they are blocking access, but then again I may just be
looking
in
the wrong place.
Would sure appreciate someone to giude me through where to look for a
solution to this problem.
Sincerely
James
