Thank you for posting here.
From your post, I understand that Windows Update notifies you to installWindows 2003 SP2 on the SBS 2003 Server.
Windows 2003 SP2 can be installed on the SBS 2003 server. However, please
be kindly noticed that there will be some known issues.

NOTE: Please refer to the known issues part.
If you decided to install Windows 2003 SP2 on the SBS server, please visit
following link to download it to local disk.

After that, please refer to the best practice to install it. Then please
install all the hotfixes.

| I have recently inherited a Windows Small Business Server currently
| running SP1 and Windows Update is now telling me that it required
| Windows 2003 SP2 - is this the case? Are there are gotchas with this
| update? I don't want to kill this server by updating it and it going
