Hello James,
Thank you for posting here.
From your post, I understand that after upgrading to IE7, you could not logon RWW. But your friend can log on RWW using IE7.
At this point, it seems to be an IE issue. I suggest you post this problem
in IE newsgroup. I think we can resolve this issue more efficient in this
way.

Thank you for your understanding.
In the mean time, I would suggest you try following suggestions to see if
it helps:
Suggestion 1: Reset IE settings
=========
1. Click the Tools menu, and then click Internet Options.
2. On the Advanced tab, click Reset.
3. In the Reset Internet Explorer Settings dialog box, click Reset.
4. When Internet Explorer finishes restoring the default settings, click
Close, and then click OK two times.
5. Close Internet Explorer. The changes take effect the next time that you
open Internet Explorer.
Suggestion 2:
===========
1. Open IE and make sure no other instance of IE is open ( Only one single
instance of IE should be open )
2. Click on Tool and click Internet Options, Click on the Content tab
3. Click on " Clear SSL State "
4. Now try to browse the website : https://yourdomain.com/remote
5. It will give you the screen i.e.

Click on Continue to this website. You will notice that the Address bar
now turns pink and on the right hand side of it you will see " Certificate

Click on " Certificate Error " and then on View Certificate and then
Install Certificate.
Suggestion 3:
=========
1. In Internet Explorer, click Tools menu and click Internet Options. Click
the Advanced tab. Scroll to the bottom. In the Security section, click to
check the "Do not save encrypted pages to disk" check box. Click OK.
2. If the problem even persists, try backing up and deleting the following
registry key on this IE 7 machine
HKLM\software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\ActiveX
Compatibility\{7584c670-2274-4efb-b00b-d6aaba6d3850}
Please try the above steps at your earliest convenience. If you have any
concern, please feel free to let me know.
Best regards,
