have done that but no joy
tried enabling and disabling both FTP outbound access rule, FTP server
access rule
and appying all ISA changes but made no difference.
Router is set up to allow ftp both ways
Still cant upload files.

Right click the FTP outbound access rule and configure FTP. Read only tick
box is there. BTW I disable the inbound FTP server access rule.

I have policies FTP outbound access rule, FTP server access rule
where is the tick box you refer to

Hi All

I have SBS2003 premium running ISA2004 and have run the SBS Connect to
the Internet wizard twice to allow FTP access.
We use dreamweaver to manage and update our externally hosted website.
we can ftp files from the website to the local client PC running
dreamweaver but cant upload files to the website as we get the '550
access denied' error.
It used to work OK till we installed ISA 2004
any help appreciated.
