Sorry, they are connected directly to the network.

Are these printers physically connected to the workstations
Or connected directly to the network?

We recently switched to a Domain from a workgroup. Before this we were
having no issues with printing. I set up a few new pc's for people in the
front office. I instralled the drivers on the server. Then I installed the
printers on these new pc's by looking for them in the directory.

Now when the users print, I am getting an error that only shows on the
server and it says:

"The print spooler was unable to connect to your printer. This can be caused
by your printer being turned off, the cable being unplugged, or being
connected to a VPN, which will block your access to your local network.

Your document will print when the printer becomes available."

Could the driver be causing this? Any ideals?

Thanks,

CEV
