Hi Mike,
Thanks for your reply.
I search your MPS Report and application log, I didn't find anything
valuable. In the userenvlog, I find the following:
USERENV(1a54.1a58) 12:09:19:265 LibMain: Process Name: C:\Program
Files\Microsoft Windows Small Business Server\monitoring\mssbsssr.exe
USERENV(1ac.16a4) 12:11:43:093 ProcessGPOs:
USERENV(1ac.16a4) 12:11:43:093 ProcessGPOs:
The mssbsssr.exe process took more than 3 minutes. I collected userenvlog
in my test machine, in this log the process mssbsssr.exe never appeared.
This may be the cause of the issue.
MSSBSSSR.EXE is used to collect Server Status Report and Usage report. It
seems the monitoring component is corrupt. Please reset the monitoring
component and try again.
1. Open Server Management.
2. Click Monitoring and Reporting.
3. Click Set Up Monitoring Reports and Alerts.
4. Click Next and select Reinstall monitoring features.
5. Click Yes to confirm.
6. Follow the steps to complete the task.
7. Then pleas re-run CEICW wizard and then run configure Monitoring and
Reporting wizard to configure the monitoring component.
8. Reboot computer and try again.
After doing these steps, the health monitor will be reconfigured and the
SQL database will be reset. The original performance and usage data will be
removed. The server will start to collect new counter value from the
beginning. It will take more than 24 hours so that the report can be
generated. Then please test to see if the issue resolved.
Hope this helps.
I am looking forward to hear from you.
Best regards,
Robert Li(MSFT)

<Hi Mike,
<
<Thanks for your reply.
<
<I research your logs and find Services control Manager Event 7000. This is
<caused by Microsoft Search services. Please try to disable the services,

<
<1. Run the services.msc command.
<2. Double click Microsoft Search.
<3. On the General tab, change Start Type from Antomatic to Disabled. Click
<OK.
<4. Restart server.

<If the problem is disappeared, it seems the problem is caused by Microsoft
