Re: problem with RWW

when going to http://server/exchange everything works well (very strange).
Only when trying to check e-mail from RWW the problem occurs.
What can it be?

While some users can use RWW perfectly, some other users can get into
RWW but when they try to check their e-mail they get kicked out of
OWA to the main RWW page. All the users with this problem were
created with the same template so i guess the problem is there. At
the beginning they werent in the RWW user security group, this has
been rectified so now they can log in to RWW but do not have access
to OWA.
Any suggestions?

Is OWA enabled for access in their ADUC properties? (it should be "on" by
default, but check).

On the LAN, have the users go to http://servername/exchange and try to use
OWA, to make sure it works that way.
