Hi Joe,
If OWA works internally, then reinstallation is a pretty big hammer and may not solve anything.
Have you run the Connect to the Internet Wizard, and selected OWA to be published to the internet? I'd start with a re-run of the wizard first, as it can fix quite a few misconfigurations.
If that doesn't help:
a) did OWA ever work? If so, what change was made prior to the problem?
b) how is the server connected to the internet (number of NICs, IP config, ISA?, exernal firewall/router) - can you post the output from 'ipconfig /all' run from a command prompt at the server, and from a workstation?
c) what is the URL you use to access the site from the internet?

My outlook web access is not working I keep getting HTTP 404 errors and I have tried everything else. So will reinstalling Exchange properly setup my web site for OWA? Unless there is any easier way to create the site. One note of importance is that the site works internally but doesn't work externally.
Thanks
.
