Hi,
Thanks for posting in our newsgroup.
Based in my research, the following error is usually caused by the
permission, not Windows 2003 SP2.
Facility:Win32
ID No:80070006
Exchange System Manager
You need to open default domain policy, under "User right assignment"
adding "Administrators & Exchange Enterpriser servers" to below mentioned
two policies:
Manage audit and security logs
Backup files and folder.
Since the problem was resolved and the issue can't be reproduced, we are
unable to find out the root cause. Thanks for your understanding.
Hope this helps.
If you have any questions in further, please don't hesitate to let me know.
Best regards,
Robert Li(MSFT)
