problem with RWW

While some users can use RWW perfectly, some other users can get into RWW
but when they try to check their e-mail they get kicked out of OWA to the
main RWW page. All the users with this problem were created with the same
template so i guess the problem is there. At the beginning they werent in
the RWW user security group, this has been rectified so now they can log in
to RWW but do not have access to OWA.

Any suggestions?
