RE: OWA Replies

Hi Joe,

Appreciate your update and response. I am glad to hear that the problem has
been fixed.

I'd like to make a summary for this thread:

Issue:
======
when attempting to reply emails in OWA, a window pops up with a red X.

Cause:
=====
This behavior occurs because Windows Vista no longer includes support for
the ActiveX control that is used for HTML editing in Outlook Web Access.

Resolution:
======
You receive an error message when you try to perform any editing tasks, or
you must click to enable the compose frame in Outlook Web Access
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/911829

If you have any other questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to
contact us. It is always our pleasure to be of assistance.

Have a nice day!
