Upgrade to R2

We are going to upgrade from SBS2003 SP1 standard to SBS2003 R2 Premium. I
would just like to confirm that we can do this via the upgrade SKUs
T75-01256 or T75-01260 as opposed to needing to purchase the full product.

Also I assume we can do this as an in place upgrade migrating existing
settings and accounts to R2 version. Its a small company (15-20 users) and I
have the luxury of doing it over a weekend when system is not in use. Any
other pointers also welcome.
