Please let me know the following to make the situation more clearly?

1. After you uninstalled ISA 2006, did you install ISA 2000 or 2004?

no before I installed ISA2006 and after i deinstall it a have done no other
ISA installation

2. Do all users have such issue?

Based on my research, please take the following steps to see if the problem
can be resolved.

Step 1: Before you configure RPC over http, please make sure you have run
the CEICW wizard to allow Outlook via the Internet.


is done.. the only think other is that i disable the firewall


Step 2: Please ensure you fully take the steps in RWW. You can find the
article by the following:

1. Logon RWW.
2. Click the link Using Outlook via the Internet.

this works without any error


Step 3: Verify RPC Virtual Directory

Step 4: Please try with the RPCPing tool.
