Exact thing has happened to me. I have been connecting remotely to my SBS
2003 machine successfully for a couple of years now, both from my home
compter and from my desktop in the office. Now all of a sudden (couple of
months ago), with no apparent reason, I cannot get connected from either
location. Error box reads "Remote Desktop Disconnected" and toward the end of
the dialog box "contact your administrator" (that would be me and I have not
been able to help myself one lick).

Got no idea what is going on, I likewise re-ran the wizard to no avail. My
only guess is some security update a couple of months back caused some
changes that resulted in the problem, but I have not been able to issolate.

Please let me know if you find a solution as I am guessing we aren't the
only ones experiencing the problem.

I frequently use RDP (Remote Desktop) from an XP Pro machine(s) from
inside and out of the office to connect to the SBS 2003 server.

Yet, I recently found out that I cannot connect to the server from any
location from any computer.

I have not made any changes, and I've been trying to see where the
problem has originated from.

I've re-run the Internet Wizard. I've checked Terminal Services to
ensure that it is running (yet the option to restart is not
available).

When I try to connect, I get the screen with the server name. It
initiates a connection, and then immediately disconnects stating
"Remote Desktop Disconnected. You remote desktop connection has ended
for one of the following reasons." But the suggestions aren't any
help.

Please help.

John
