Have you reapplied SBS SP1 or just W2K3 SP1?

Hello, currently we are using "Windows Server 2003 for Small Buisness
Server"
and we want to transform to "Windows Server 2003 Standart".

Since SP 1 is needed on the system to apply Transition Pack we deinstalled
SP 2 and installed SP 1.

The system came up with a view errors and shows that it has SP 1 applied
but
we cannont apply Transition Pack since the system claims SP 1 is not
installed.

How can we get rid of SP 1 and make sure Transition Pack runs through?
