And if restarting doesn't work, I'd recomment reinstalling ASP.NET 1.1 (just
make sure that you see a lot of those aspnet_wp errors in the event logs
before you do so)
Find the aspnet_regiis.exe tool in this folder
C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\1.1.xxxx
Then run aspnet_regiis -u
Rerun aspnet_regiis this time with -i switch = aspnet_regiis -i
Restart IIS

Hi Terry,
Check your services, see that all automatic services are started. This
message is usually because the W3Svc service is stopped. This service
sometimes fails to restart after updates are applied.
If that isn't the issue, then look in the event logs for relevant errors,
and report those. Or, restart the box :-).

Does anyknow what can cause IIS to display "Service Unvailable. I am
running
SBS 2003 R1. IIS returns Service Unavailable to any request.
