First follow the instructions of the message you got. Log on as the user whose profile you want to migrate, and clear the 'Make this folder private' checkbox. Do the same thing for all users on the workstation whose profiles you need migrated.
Then run the connectcomputer wizard again. If the error reappears, go to 'C:\Program Files\Microsoft Windows Small Business Server\Clients' directory and open the 'SBSNetSetup.txt' file with notepad. Towards the end of the file, you'll see some entries about certain directories located in the Temporary Folders directory, that cause errors. You have to unhide system directories and files and go to these directories and delete them.
Run the connectcomputer wizard again, and check the text file again. Delete all the temporary directories that cause errors. After that you should be able to migrate the profiles

Its the private issue, here is the error message. I go back and attempt to
make the folders shared but it doesn't work .
Small Business Server Network Configuration Wizard
---------------------------
The following user settings are private:
- Administrator
Client Setup cannot migrate private user settings. On computers running
Windows XP Professional, you can make these settings public and migrate them
as follows:
Log on using the username and password of the user whose settings you want
to migrate. In the Documents and Settings folder, right-click the user's
folder, click Sharing and Security, and clear the Make this folder private
check box. Repeat this procedure for all subfolders that have this check box
selected, and then click OK.
Click Start, click Run, and run the Small Business Server Network
Configuration Wizard again by typing: http://nhhserver01/connectcomputer.
For computers running Windows 2000 Professional, or if the above steps do
not resolve the issue, see http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=19069 for
more information.

When you say that all the users were Admins and ' it won't let you copy
that', what do you mean? Do you get any kind of error and if yes, what is
that error? I'm not aware of any issues for transferring profiles for local
Admins? If the profile is private, then yes, there are steps you need to
take to solve the problem but at the end you should be able to transfer the
profiles
