I agree with Cris with regard to the switch and reading through your
configuration there are a few issues.
Try the following:
Disable the second NIC on the Vista ( the one to the other ISP). Change the
LAN NIC to DHCP (don't forget to change the DNS option as well) and let the
SBS box supply the IP configuration.
Do you still have problems after this? Can you get to the SBS box?

I have SBS 2003 Premium R2 installed on one PC. This PC gets it's Internet
connection through a Siemens broadband modem which has an internal IP
address
of 192.168.2.1. The modem hosts an embedded HTTP server at that IP address
that makes it possible to administer the modem from a PC, I use SBS itself

administer the modem. The SBS PC is connected to the modem through a 100
Mbps
NIC. The SBS PC has another Gigabit NIC that's connected to the
aforementioned Dynex Ethernet switch. This NIC has a static IP address of
192.168.16.2.
I have Vista Ultimate 64-bit installed on another PC. It has two Intel
Gigabit NICs built into the motherboard. One NIC is connected to the Dynex
Ethernet switch. This PC has an Internet connection from a different ISP.
I
have successfully tested both NICs on the Vista PC with this Internet
connection. I even connected the LAN NIC to the Siemens modem directly,
bypassing SBS, and assigned it a static IP address of 192.168.2.5 and was
able to ping 192.168.2.1 successfully.
As I mentioned, the SBS PC is also connected to the Dynex switch. It's
static IP address on that NIC has no problems. Network and Sharing Center
on
the Vista PC says the NIC connected to the Dynex switch has limited
connectivity when I assign a static IP address to the Vista PC in the same
subnet as the SBS PC.
I had called Microsoft tech support who, after various tests, told me it's
the Dynex switch that's causing the problem.
So, could someone please post the manufacturer and model number details of
a
few 5-port 100 Mbps Ethernet switches that is known to work with Vista?

NO, I REPEAT, NO switch is tested with any operating system because the
switch operates at a different level of the OSI layer than the Operating
System
In other words, the problem is not the switch, its something in the
operating system, i.e. bad or misconfigured TCP/IP stack, bad driver,
etc.
So you're headed down the wrong path in thinking the switch is the issue.

The NIC has been tested with other switches and routers and found to be
working. And yes, I had set the NIC's properties to 100Mbps Full-Duplex
but
it doesn't help.
Could you please give me some model numbers from the manufacturers that
you
have mentioned? Only if you're sure if the devices work with Vista.
