Migrating to RAID 1

Hi, I have a client who is currently running Windows SBS 2003 on a server that has a single PATA hard drive,

I wish to upgrade them to at least a RAID 1, and have a addon PCI Adaptec RAID 1 controller, is there anyway I can move their existing system over to this controller without having do rebuild the server?

any advice would be much appreciated.
