Hello Customer,
Thank you for your update.
How about my suggestion in my previous reply? Do you perform them? If the
steps cannot give you some help, please go through the following:
From the application log, we can see many errors: 1053, 1054, 5719, 14, 29.I suggest we try to perform the following steps:
I. If you use a 1-GB network adapter, the Netlogon service starts before
the network is ready.
1. Click Start, click Run, type regedit in the Open box, and then click
OK.
2. In Registry Editor, locate the following subkey, and then click it:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Netlogon
3. In the details pane, double-click DependOnService.
4. In the Value data box, type TermService on a new line, and then click
OK.
5. Close Registry Editor.
6. Restart the computer.
II. This maybe a network connection issue. I suggest you update the client
computer NIC driver, and then test this issue.
III. The time synchronizes may refer to this issue. I suggest you perform
the following steps:
Configure Windows Time to use client mode when it synchronizes with the
time server. To do this, follow these steps:
1. Click Start, click Run, type cmd , and then press ENTER.
2. At the command prompt, type the following commands in the order that
they are given. After you type each command, press ENTER.
w32tm /config /manualpeerlist: NTP_server_IP_Address ,0x8
/syncfromflags:MANUAL
net stop w32time
net start w32time
w32tm /resync

I hope these steps will give you some help.
Thanks and have a nice day!

Terence Liu(MSFT)
