Please look at the RRAS MMC again to make sure that the Outbound blocking.
filter that you set up previously, still exists.

Can you please post the results of an ipconfig /all for the

Yes, I try to reboot my user workstation, even my SBS 2003 too. But
I
face
the same problem.
And yes, off course the user's workstation was connected to the same
switch
as the other workstation. What is the problem with that? I dont know
if
that
is something wrong?
Thankyou for your apreciate

I dont understand.
I follow your instruction step by step
One of my User ip, I set on Filter Action is set to 'Transmit all
packets
except...'
I close the MMC and restart the Routing and remote Acess service,
and
then
my user still can access the internet.
Why?
"Merv Porter [SBS-MVP]" wrote:
A couple of thoughts...
Create a DHCP reservation for the XP Home Edition workstation:.
Create a reservation to allocate specific IP addresses through
DHCP
in
Windows 2000 Server
http://articles.techrepublic.com.com/5100-1035_11-5611546.html
Then, if you have 2 NICs in your SBS server:
--------------------------------
Block Internet Access when using SBS 2003 Standard
....RRAS | <servername> | IP Routing | NAT/Basic Firewall
....Right-click on WAN nic and select Properties.
....On the NAT/Basic Firewall tab, click Outbound Filters.
....Click New.
....Select 'Source Network' and enter the IP/subnet of one of
the
machines
you want to block. (use Subnet Mask 255.255.255.255 for a
single
IP
address)
....Click OK & Repeat for each IP you want to block internet
access.
....Verify Filter Action is set to 'Transmit all packets
except...'
....Click OK twice
....Close RRAS MMC
....Restart the RRAS service.
---------------------------------
If you have a single NIC in your SBS server: many routers will
allow
you
to
block outbound traffic by IP address.
