Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry
That's because your Exchange server thinks it the only one dealing with that

Hi We have installed small business server 2003 recently. We have an
internal network that we use and all of our aliases are telus.net. We are
able to receive emails from all so far, but we cannot send out email to
telus.net addresses. The exchange server seems to think it is the
telus.net
address or something and won't let these emails out.
HELP!
