Please monitor your system, when the problem is reproduced, send the log
files to me.

You said "All e-mails from my Exchange server to yahoo seem to be going
into junk/bulk mail in the recipient's folder." this is caused by
destination Mail Server side. You need to contact their mail administrator
to fix this.
